Registration Forms
Parents, please complete the Registration form (pdf) and bring it and the following to registration: copy of birth certificate; current photo; current physical (required by August 1); current weight (for tackle football). A parent must be present to sign up a child. Click on the Registration link to the left for more information.

Parents, please remember that this organization can not exist without the support and participation of all who have children involved. Be sure to sign up to help make the 2011 season a success.
